Announcements

  • Spring baptisms course starts this month so don’t delay your decision to join.  Talk to your Sunday School teacher, fellowship leader or deacon today.
  • April 13 and 14 (Tue. and Wed.) from 2:00-9:00pm at CGBC and it is FREE Portraits taken by Olan Mills Photography then will be included in the 2011 Church Directory – 40th Anniversary Edition  Watch for appointment sign up days in March.
  • Help conserve energy and cut cost, please turn off all electronic and light fixtures before leaving the church.
  • CGBC will be celebrating 40 years in 2011.  We are looking for suggestions and volunteers to help plan this wonderful occasion!  Check back soon for an online suggestion form.

Prayers and Praises

  • Praise God for Ken successful surgery on Tuesday. Ask God that Ken will lean on Him for comfort and a speedy recovery.
  • Commit the church budget and financial need to God. Pray for necessary funding and new ministry work that we can continue to minister to the people around us.
  • God’s church shall be called a “House of Prayer”. Ask the Holy Spirit to encourage people to attend the Mid-Week Worship on Wednesday evenings.
  • Pray for travel mercy and God’s protection for our church families that will be away from home during the holiday season.
  • Continue to lift up those who are physically sick or weak and ask the healing power of the Holy Spirit be upon them.
